lv0-6 Tsurara (ice crystal + rock salt + distilled waterX2)
You can get water from any inn for ~12gil. You can sell this to a vendor for a slight loss. You might wanna try AH but these don't sell fast.

OR lv0-5 Beeswax (fire crystal + bee hive chipX3 + distilled water)
This is extremly easy to make. You get water for 12gil and even a lv1 person can farm chips from bees. You can also sell these at AH for about even.

lv6-9 Deoderizer (wind crystal + olive oil + chamomile + sage)
These items can be found at the guild ,but you might lose some money on this one if you don't sell to the AH. You can even make break even if you dont get any fails by selling to guild.

lv9-16 Mercury (lightning crystal + colbat jellyfishX4)
This one is easy enough. Buy a stack of lighting crystals and the jellyfish at either the alchemy or fishing guild for ~120. You can make even with this to by selling to AH even though it doesn't sell that fast.

lv14-20 Echo Drops (water crystal + sage + honey + distilled water)
Another easy one to make. Sage can be bought at a vendor in san d'oria or AH. Honey from bees ,and you know where to get water at.

lv20-25 Glass Fiber Rod (light crystal + bkn. glass fiber)
Ok people this is where we will make our money back! You buy a broken one from AH fix it ,and sell for profit. Do this till your lv25 and you should be 6k richer!

lv25-29 Silent Oil (water crystal + olive oil + beeswaxX2)
I hope you've made some money on the rods because even if you sell to AH you will lose money. You can save some of it from farming your own beeswax and crystals.

lv29-31 Minnow (fire crystal + copper ignot + glass fiber)
You may or may not know where to get glass finer but you can get them from breaking down goblin mask (lightning crystal + goblin mask)

lv30-34 Potion (water crystal + sage + distilled water + lizard tail)
These are really handy for leveling (both skill ,and exp). You know where to get the sage from an earlier one ,so lizaed tail can be found on the lizards in the gustaburg region. I garentee a party of people below lv 20 will love you for these ,and they help with later levels too.

34-43 Vitriol (water crystal + treant bulbX2)
You can get treant bulbs off saplings or in an AH not in Bastock. You can sell these to guild and break even.

lv43-51 Holy Water (light crystal + distilled water)
This is the cheapest one i could find for lv 40+. If you farm your crystals you will make 50 bucks a pop -just by selling to a vendor-!!!!

lv51-56 Cerment (fire crystal + magic pot shardsX4)
You can farm your own shards (lower delkfutt tower is the best) ,or you can buy them at AH. You can sell them by themselves or in stacks for profit in juneo (you tend to make more with stacks).

There is a big void between 52-61 that drove me crazy. Cerment chunks were being mass produced and it was hard to break even against people who HQed and it took a long time for them to sell on AH.

So what I did from around 54-my current level 58 was venom dusts which I would save for venom potions higher up. I have like 6 stacks on my mule waiting for me when i get up higher

2 methods of doing this:
1) 2x ogre eels + lightning crystal. Stack of eels go for 4k on my server, seemed to have a good success rate.
2) 2x scorpion claws + lightning crystal.

I suppose if you fish in the sea whenever you're LFG it helps a lot. You'll get stacks off fish that make all those level 8 to 16 stuff. Mercury is selling for 700 in Unicorn Bastok.

You really need to take advantage of ninja more often, you know that?

At 0-6, tsurara is an easy sale on the AH because most high-level ninja who run the elemental wheel won't make such a cheap synth themselves, and for most low-level ninja, Hyoton:Ichi is the cheapest way to level Ninjitsu. Do not NPC these, drop these on a mule's AH for like 1-2k and you can get rid of it for a profit. Not a huge profit, but a profit, which is all that matters.

From 10-19, you can opt to do Kodoku - dark: elshimo frog, lugworm, shell bug - which is used in Dokumori (poison). I would mainly use this to break the monotony of leveling on mercury, poison dust, and poison potions, but if they sell fast at a profit, make more!

At 20-28, Silent Oil is such a loss because you're competing against high-level crafters, and when beeswax goes over 13k a stack (as it often does), silent oil is pure loss.

As an alternative, I'd strongly suggest doing sairui-ran - earth: kazham pepper (Kazahm NPC for 57 gil), bomb ash (metalworks for 425 gil), bird egg (airport shops for 50 gil), bast parchment (variable) - instead. It's used for Kurayami, one of the ninja's earliest hate toys (blindness), so you can never have too much. On my server, it sells for 8-9k a stack in Jeuno.

From 25-29, if you have your woodworking leveled to 40-45 or so, you can work on bast parchment. Expect a few breaks, but once you hit Woodworking 45/Alchemy 29, bast parchment is pure profit, even if you have to buy the elm logs from the AH.

From 28-34, you can start playing with artificial lenses, or just take blind bolt heads to 31 (make sure you have smithing at 15) then jusatsu - dark: black ink, beastman blood, bast parchment - to 37. Jusatsu's as pricey as hell (a completed stack will cost you around 21k on my server), but it's used Jubaku (paralysis), so it sells fast at a profit (30k on my server).

Do not do Silent Oils to 20-28!

Go level Cooking to 11, it took me all of 30 minutes. Then make Sairui-Ran. Sells like hotcakes, gives you a nice profit margin even with breaks. On my server Beeswax is 25k / stack, so Silent Oils = No thanks.

Take a trip to Kazham and get 10 or 11 stacks of Peppers, Bomb Ash at AH or NPC in Bastok Metalworks (~500 ea.), Bird Egg from any Airship Port NPC that is not in 3rd place (1st or 2nd only), Bast Parchment from AH.

Taking Cooking to 11 cost me all of 15k and saved me tons of money, since I made money levelling my Alchemy to 28 with this recipie. Don't use Silent Oils!!

glass fiber works from 51ish or so, recipe is fire crystal + flint stone x8 (like 800 gil a stack on my server, or farm them off worms in the lowbie part of KRT). Breaks happen but materials are cheap enough that it's not painful.

For anyone with Woodworking 45+ you can do Bast Parchment (Lightning Crystal + Elm Log + Moko grass + Distilled water, caps at 29 alchemy) from about 24 or so (to minimize breaks). It's kinda constipative since it yields 12 parchments per synth and breaks are kinda painful (if you have tavnazian safehold access there are 7-8k elm logs from an NPC there) but it sure beats silent oil. I spent a looooong time upcrafting the parchment into shihei, which sells damn near instantly at the Jeuno AH, made some decent profit.
