i was confused at first but he talks diffrent dialogues depending on your current status

Japanese file scanner says that the NPC is Kerutoto in the rhinostery, and there is no mention of any pre-reqs, but I think there probably is some.


during the battle (which is located in The Shrouded Maw) he mentions a specific key item that is gotten from completeing CoP so i imagin you must beat it before doing it

There is no Key Item after completing CoP... unless it's not finished yet.

there was it is call Teardrop = Altana's Tear = CoP completed.

You get the Tear of Altana key item for beating Promathia but the dialog table seems you can fight Diabolos before that, maybe you can get better rewards or longer cut scenes for beating CoP.

I seriously doubt that CoP completed is required to get Diabolos >.>

If you havent completed CoP and got this quest then theres still hope!
